[Notice in English] Dormitory Admission for 2022-Winter Vacation

1. Residence Period
■ Winter Semester: Dec.10.(Sat) 15:00 ~ Dec.31.(Sat) 12:00 [21nights 22days]
■ Whole Winter Vacation: Dec.10(Sat) 15:00 ~ Feb.17(Fri) 12:00 [69nights 70days]
=> You can not change your check-out date to other date.
=> After closing application, you can not modify your application options.
=> All applicants of [Winter Semester] can extend your residence periods to [Whole Winter vacation].
(There will be additional application period which you can extend residence period from Winter Semester to whole Winter vacation. in that case,The room could be changed).

■ Female: E(Annex)/K-House
 
3. Application and Payment periods

1st term - Announcement of successful applicants
and registration(payment)
Nov 24.(Thur) 11:00 ~ Nov 28.(Mon) 23:00
2nd term - Applying Period Nov 29.(Tue) 11:00  ~ Nov 30.(Wed) 23:00
2nd term - Announcement of successful applicants
and registration(payment)
Dev 5.(Mon) 11:00 ~ Dec 6.(Tue) 23:00
Announcement of the result of Room assignment After Dec. 9 (Fri) 17:00
 
4. Method
 ■ Visit [SKKU homepage] - Login [KINGO ID] - Click on [GLS-Application/Requirements Management]-
      Apply for your dorm on [Dormitory Application] - [Select period] on Application and Fill in
      all check boxes,  then [Submit] - Check your dormitory application status on GLS finally[Dorm info.]
■ If your payment is not fully mare until the registration period the admission must be canceled.
 

5. Notes for all applicants

■ Dormitory application does not work on a first-come, first-served basis.
■ The number of 100% dormitory capacity will be selected during the first application period.
     The second round will be operated in case of having vacancy rooms with cancellation after the first round of         selection.
■Propritizw selection is only available for the 1st application round.
■In case of unpaid, your application will be canclled automatically, so that all applicants make sure to check        the  payment due date and pay for it in time
■After payment, it is necessary to check whether your payment is fully completed. 
■In case your room is changed, you must move into your next changed room.
■Residents should wear a mask when using dormitory communal areas.
