[Notice in English] Dormitory Admission for 2022-Fall semester

To check detaild informaion about Fall semester dormitory applicaion,
please check attahced file "2022 Fall Semester Dormitory Admission Guidance".
 
1. Application Schedule
■ 1st application period: July.25.(Mon) 11:00 ~ July.31.(Sun) 23:00
■ 1st announcement and payment period: Aug.4.(Thu) 11:00 ~ Aug.7.(Sun) 23:00
■ 2nd application period: Aug.8.(Mon) 11:00 ~ Aug.9.(Tue) 23:00
■ 2nd announcement and payment period: Aug.12.(Fri) 11:00 ~ Aug.15.(Mon) 23:00
   -  If there is any cancellation(not paid) made in 1st round, 2nd round will be proceeded.
■ Additional round(Waiting list): Aug.17.(Wed) (Detaild schedule and time will be noticed)
   - If there is any cancellation(not paid) made in 2nd round, additional round(waiting list) will be proceeded.
 
2. How to Apply Dormitory and Check Invoice
 How to apply
    : KINGO ID login on SKKU website -> GLS -> Application/Requirements management ->
      Dormitory -> Dorm Applicaion
■ Checking admission results and invoice
    : GLS -> Application/Requirements management-> Dormitory -> Dorm.info -> invoice
   -  If your payment is not fully made until the payment period, the admission must be canceled.
■ To apply dormitory and check the invoice you should access on your GLS on website.
 
3. Note
■ Applying dormitory in not according to in the order of applying. Applying witihn the application period.
■ 100% amount of dormitory capacity is selected at the 1st round.
■ 2022 summer residents must choose the check-in date on Aug.20.(Sat)
■ Preferential selection applied only during the first applicaion period.  
■ After applying for the dormitory, please check if it is sumitted normally.
■ All dormitory residents must wear a mask inside the dormitory(Common space)
■ All dormitory residents must submit Tuberculosis test results and Covid-19 negative results when check-in.  
 
4. Housing office
■ The office hour: Weekday 09:00 ~ 17:30 (Lunch break 12:00 ~ 13:00)
 - We can't help you any problem caused after office hour.
