[Notice in English] COVID-19 test results submission method(Antigen test is approved)

(Past)PCR(Present)PCR test or the Rapid Antigen Test

Nowadays, due to Omicron spread, medical systems were somewhat changed. SKKU Dorm office decided to follow the changed laws of public health authorities so that the residents must submit COVID-19(PCR) test results which are PCR test or the Antigen test. Both PCR test and RAT(Rapid Antigen Test) are approved. Please submit the COVID-19 test result whichever you want to take.

Subject

All students who enter the dormitory in the 2022 spring semester
including the residents who are living in the dormitory continuously
from the winter vacation to spring semester

Availability

(Choose 1)

1. The negative result of Rapid Antigen Test(RAT)  within 7 days of the real check-in date
   (Only result paper which is from the hospital or health center is possible)
2. The PCR test result sheet within 7 days of the real check-in date
3. The printed copy of test result message(The information of hospital name,
hospital contact number, date, a name must be written on the paper)
※ Please write down your name, student ID, and room number on the paper

Not

availability

1. Without COVID-19 negative result reports, it’s not allowed to enter the dorm
    (Residents who are living continuously will be expelled without the results)
2. The date of the test result must be within 7 days of the real check-in date
    ex) Check in date: 19th Feb → The test result date must be after 12th Feb
3. Students who got the “Positive” result
■The residents who are living in the dormitory continuously
     from the winter vacation to spring semester also must submit the COVID-19 test result
■Please refer to the information of Selected clinic below

■ If the test result is untruth or you cheat the test result,
     you have all responsibility for fraud and you will be penalized by school regulations
■ The COVID-19 test method can be changed following by guidelines of the health authority
 
[Tuberculosis examination report]
■Please submit the TB result sheet after Dec 1st, 2021
■The subject of exemption
    The students who submitted the TB test reports
        to the dormitory in winter vacation(after Dec 1st, 2021 result)
■Only Chest X-ray test is accepted
 
[How to submit]
■Direct managed dormitory(C/E/G/I/K/M-House)
    →Submit to the dormitory directly when check-in
■Leased building(Victory-house, Crownville, IWG)
    →Submit to the dorm e-mail until Check-in day. (E-mail: dorms@skku.edu)
