For preventing contagious diseases such as COVID-19 and securing hygiene and safety, the residents must submit the latest TB-test result reports and COVID-19(PCR) test result reports necessarily.
Without the both of test results, it’s not possible to enter the dormitory.
[Tuberculosis examination report]
■ The subject of submission
※ Only the test result within 2 months of the check-in date is available
■ Please submit the TB-test result(only a chest X-ray) at the hospital close to the individual’s address. ※ Directly managed dormitory(E/K-House): Submit to the dormitory directly when check-in after writing name/student ID/dormitory on the test reports(A duplicated form is acceptable). ※Leased building(Victory-house, crownville, IWG): Submit to the dorm e-mail until Check-in day, after scanning the test result sheet. Please write down your name, student ID, and dormitory when sending an e-mail. ※ The community health centers don’t conduct TB tests for preventing COVID-19 infection. ■ You can check the latest date of TB test, the penalty points(plus, the possibility of dormitory apply), the results of the previous semester, and so on at the dormitory application screen on the GLS(personal information confirmation tab) ■ Information of TB test hospital near the dormitory
[COVID-19 Test results(PCR)] ■ Subject: All students who enter the dormitory. (The residents who are living in the dormitory continuously from spring semester to summer vacation also must submit the COVID-19(PCR) test reports.
■ How to submit
- Write down your Student ID/ Name/ Dormitory/ Room number/ Test check-up date on the top of the test result sheet.
- Submit test reports including “negative” diagnosis result and the test date must be 5 days before real check-in date.
- Submit the capture of the message confirming “negative” within 5 days of the real check-in date for checking the health center telephone number, message received day.
- If the student who has been living in the dormitory continually during the spring semester to summer vacation doesn’t submit the test result, it can be the reason for expulsion.

※ Before visiting the hospital for medical diagnosis(PCR Test),
you must ask and check if it is possible to get a printed test results sheet.
