3. How: Dormitory office manager/staff/resident-assistant will check every room during the inspection period

 a) Check and repair damages of furnishings and equipment

 b) Listening resident's suggestions or problems 

 c) Main list of inspection for Communal Living

  - Accomodating non-residents or being visited by non-residents/ room change

  - Drinking or keeping alcohol/smoking in the dormitory

  - Room cleanliness

  - Possession or use of materials causing fire or ignition

  - Checking and advising other things for better communal living

※ During the inspection period, security manager/staff/resident-assistant

may enter the rooms even when residents are out and can impose penalty

points if there's any violationviola
