Hello. 2020-Winter Vacation dormitory residents!

We inform you that you MUST apply for 퇴사연기신청(checkout date extension application) on GLS if you are planning to apply for 2021-Spring semester dormitory.

• * Not relevant to residents living in leased buildings(Vitory house, CrownvilleA/C, LWG).

2020 Winter vacation residence period will officially end on 14.Feb.(Sun) 12:00(Noon).

2021 Spring semester’s dorm check-in will begin on 20.Feb.(Sat) (Early Check-in date), and 21.Feb.(Sun) (Regular entrance; Official check in date).

The announcement of accepted applicants of 2021’s Spring semester will take place on 16.Feb.(Tue) 11:00 a.m.

According to the schedule above,

Those who are expected to apply for the 2021 Spring semester among current dorm residents, if you access the GLS system and apply for [postponement of leave(퇴사연기신청)] you will be able to live continuously in the dorms. In the case of being accepted for the Spring semester of 2021, but not applying for continuous residence, you will have to leave the dorms on 14.Feb.(Sun), and re-enter on the 20.Feb (after the regular registration).

The extension will be from 14.Feb.(Sun) – 20.Feb.(Sat) – the period of 6 nights, those 6 nights should be paid separately.

Please proceed according to the schedule as described below.
* Relevant only if you are a current resident of a dormitory during winter vacation and are planning to apply for a dormitory in 2021-Spring semester.

1) 25.Jan.(Mon) to 08.Feb.(Mon): Current winter vacation extension and payment (Apply for postponement of leave(퇴사연기신청-Extension app.) on the GLS system)

2) After applying to postponement of leave(퇴사연기신청), please fill up this survey: https://forms.gle/ayG48TvhwfknKpGp7    (Click)

3) Application for the Spring semester of 2021 will take place on 04.Feb.(Thu) – 10.Feb.(Tue). (You should apply for 20.Feb.(Sat) early admission(Early check-in date) on the GLS system).

4) In case of application and payment of the extension period – the date to leave on, for the end of the winter vacation, will change from 14.Feb. à to 20.Feb.

* If you do not apply for an extension, you must leave at 12:00 noon on 21.Feb.(Sun)

5) The accepted applicant’s announcement will take place on 16.Feb.16.(Tue), 11:00a.m..

6) Accepted applicants will be able to move into the dorms on 20.Feb.(Sat) at 12:00 (noon), but in the case of applicants who were not accepted, you will have to leave the dorms on the 20.Feb.(Sat).

* Please keep in mind: in case of not of applicants who were not accepted, the fee paid for winter vacation extension will not be paid back.(No Refund)

This year's academic schedule (opening of the new semester – 22.Feb.21 (Mon) will be conducted on a different schedule from the previous year, reflecting the current situation dealing with COVID-19, thus this year’s recruitment of dorms will be conducted differently.
