◆ Please wear a mask at the check-in date to prevent COVID-19 infection
◆ Check Your Room Number on GLS: 8. 20.(Thu) 5pm ~
◆ The Check-in date
1. C/E/G/K/M-House official Check in date: 8. 29.(Sat) 9am~10pm
- It is recommended to check in before 6pm.
- You can’t check in the dorm before your check-in date on the application. However, you can check in the dorm after your check-in date on the application.
- If you’re moving into other room, you can check available time at the information desk and the security office after 10am of the Regular Check in date then move into new room.
2. Crownvile A/C, Victory House, IWG official Check in date: 8. 27.(Thu) 9am~10pm
- It is recommended to check in before 6pm.
- You can’t check in the dorm before your check-in date on the application. However, you can check in the dorm after your check-in date on the application.
- You will receive the room password and check-in guidance by email or text message from housing office.
◆ The Check-in Procedures
1. C/E/G/K/M-House
- Visit the information desk or security office in your dormitory, sign in the list, and register your fingerprints.
- Submission for Tuberculosis check-up results
- You must submit the tuberculosis check-up result before or when checking in the dormitory.
- Check items and facilities in your room
2. Crownvile A/C, Victory House, IWG
- You can check-in the dormitory individually after checking the room password
- Submission for Tuberculosis check-up results by E-mail(Write student ID numbers)
3. Submit Check-in list :GLS → Application/Graduation Requirements Management → Dormitory → Check-in list
4. If you don’t submit the check-in list, you will get 1 penalty point.
※ You can change your room password after discussing with your roommate.
◆ Delivery service: After room numbers are announced, you can send your package to the dormitory. Please write your dormitory address, room number, and your name on the package.
◆ Rent a Cart (C/E/G/K/M-House)
1. How to rent: Leave your cellphone at the security office and you should put it back in 15 min.
◆ Parking
1. E-House parking lot is available, G-house, LWG parking lots are not available
2. K-House parking lot will be noticed on the homepage later
3. Crownvile A/C, Victory House, parking lots are available
