Our check-out date of 2020-Spring semester is on Saturday, June. 20 (by noon). [No extension of Check-out]

1. Residence Period

■ Summer Semester : Jun. 20(Sat) 15:00 ~ Jul. 11(Sat) 12:00

■ Whole Summer Vacation : Jun. 20(Sat) 15:00 ~ Aug. 22(Sat) 12:00

=> You can't change your check-out date to other day.

=> After closed your application, You can't modify your application information.

=> You can NOT change your residence period from [Whole Summer vacation] to [Summer Semester] after closed your application.

=> All applicants of [Summer Semester] can extend your residence periods to [Whole Summer vacation]. (There will be additional application period which you can extend residence period from Summer Semester to whole summer vacation. The room could be changed.)

2. Application and Payment periods

■ Announcement and Registration(Payment) : Jun. 4(Thur) 10:00 ~ Jun. 8(Mon) 23:00

(You should check your payment information on GLS)

■ The 2nd Application period : Jun. 09(Mon) 09:00 ~ Jun.10(Wed) 23:00 (on GLS)

■ Announcement and Registration(Payment) : Jun.12(Fri) 10:00 ~ Jun.15(Mon) 23:00

(Check your payment information individually on GLS. In case of un-payment, Your application should be cancelled automatically)

■ Room allotment : Jun.18(Thur) 17:00 (on GLS)

3. Dormitory

■ E/G/K-House, Crown ville A/C

: As a result of the first selection, vacancies occurred, and the number of single rooms will recruit more residents in 2nd round.

■ The 2nd dormitory recruitment for Summer Vacation : If the number of single room applicants exceeds, your room type can be changer with double rooms.

- E-House: 00 persons [Male/Female]

- G/K House: 00 persons [Female]

■ Leased building dormitory for Spring Semester [residential period : 2020.06.20.~2020.08.25],

(You should pay for utility bills & management fees separately)

- Crownville A: 10 persons [Male] / Crown ville C : 1 persons [Male], 6 persons[Female]

- Victory House: 24 persons [Female]

* Leased building dornitory is currently occupied by Spring Semester residents.

■ C/I/M-house will be closed during Summer Vacation due to facility maintenance inspection.

■ Leased building dormitory residence period is from Mar to Aug. Therefore, in case of vacancy, we will additionally recruit new residents.

4. Notes for Applicants

■ This ‘Summer Vacation’ period, you can use meal tickets after purchasing directly(by cash or debit/credit card) from a vending machine in E-zipbob without applying for meal coupon application.

■ The room will be assign from high floors(Top-down) and from A to B room type of E/G-house.

■ No Shuttle Bus Service during Vacation periods

■ Students could reside during Summer Vacation in the E-house without distinction of gender(Male/Female), t does not mean the same room allotment.

■ To prevent the spread of COVID-19, all dormitory residents should take a body temperature easurement when going in and out. Should wear a mask when using dormitory communal areas.

■ Two of ten single rooms in E-House(Main building) /1 single room in E-House(Annex building) are for the disabled, and if eligible people don't apply for it , we will accept general students for these rooms.

5. Notes for Spring semester's residents

■ In case your room is changed, You must move into your next changed room on Jun. 20

(Moving hours : 13:00 ~ 15:00 on Jun 20(Sat))

■ All residents must submit [Check-out list of Spring semester:퇴사확인서] and [Check-in list of Summer periods: 입사확인서]on your GLS. If you do not submit it you can receive penalty points. Even if your room is not changed, you should also submit it.

■ There are no check-in procedures with students who are assigned same room with Spring semester.

You should Just submit [Check-in list 입사확인서/ Check-out list 퇴사확인서] on your GLS.

And You should Keep your room clean before leaving and checkout because The housing assistant(R.A.) will check your room in the afternoon on Jun.20.(Sat)
