We inform you to recruit additional dormitory residents according to the schedule as follow. This is for your off-line final exam schedule. If you are planning to take your off-line final exam on campus, apply for this.

1. Guide for Additioal Recruitment of Dormitory Residents

A. Requirements

■ A current student(undergrad or grad school), the student on a leave of absence

also can apply

■ Any students under academic probation(previous semester), high penalty points, with

postponed graduation or graduates cannot apply)

■ Those who can submit a copy of a clear tuberculosis check-up result by regular

check-in date

B. Residence period [7nights 8days]

■ Check In DATE : June 20(Sat)

■ Check Out DATE : June 27(Sat)

C. Application period and paymen

■ 1st application period : May 29(Fri) 10:00 ~ May 31(Sun) 23:00

Selection result announcement and registration(Payment) : June 04(Thur) 10:00 ~ June 08(Mon) 23:00

■ 2nd application period : June 09(Tue) 10:00 ~ June 10(Wed) 23:00

Selection result announcement and registration(Payment) : June 12(Fri) 10:00 ~ June 15(Mon) 23:00

■ Room allotment : June 18(Thur), After 11:00 (Check on GLS)

D. How to apply

■ On GLS individually : Lon-in Kingo ID -> GLS -> Application/Qualification -> Dormitory application [Additional Recruitment for Final Exam]

■ How to select : Students who selected 2020-Spring semester application in Myeongryun Haksa will be allocated in priority.

- After the above principle is applied, if there are any vacancy rooms, the selection and assignment principles of the previous year are applied. 

You can NOT apply or stay in the dorm during other dates besides our following schedule. However, it is possible to apply for it individually according to our application schedule in the specific extension application period.

- Depending on the status of the number of applicants, you are able to stay in one person only in double room.(If the number of applicant is exceeded, two persons can stay in double room together.)

■ Payment method : Personally, you should check your virtual account number on GLS and pay it in person.

■ The payment deadline is by the day after your application date, and if you do not pay, your dorm application will be canceled automatically.

■ Submission : Submit your TB test result paper with writing [your Studnet ID number/ Dorm Room#] on the top of paper, in dormitory security office when you check in.

2. Notes

A. Unable to change the dorm after you are selected

B. The refund is not available after you pay dormitory fee. Please be aware of SKKU dormitory regulation regarding dormitory fee refund.

C. The total amount of dormitory expenses varies depending on the type of dormitory building, room type and your residence period.

D. In the case of leased building dormitory, you should separately pay for utility charges/management fee, and dormitory fee charged according to your residence period.

E. Dorm rooms will be assigned randomly from high floors(Top-down). (E/G-house room type will be assigned in order A->B type.)

3. Dormitory refund policy

A. Application Cancellation : You can get your whole payment of the dorm fee, if you click on [Application Cancellation] button on GLS in the day before your check-in date

B. In case of early check-out before the official check-out date, there will be NO refund.

C. The students who check in SKKU dormitory through this additional recruitment, you can NOT apply/ select/ live for another dates, other than our specific residence period.
